Have you noticed how more and more marketers use video to present their new products, services or even blog posts? (doesn’t anyone write anymore?)

I used to be able to go trought 20 or more emails checking what they were about and going deeper in the ones I liked more, because I could scan the content and decide if I needed or wanted to read more.

Now, it’s almost imposible because all I receive are videos. I just checked my pending emails, and there are 12 emails with a link to a video. Now, let’s say they average 15 minutes each. That would take me three hours to watch! and this is from a single day!

Really, it has come to just erase everything that says “video” and go for blog posts instead.

To the marketers out there: don’t use so much video!!
