There’s nothing better to read than Bukowski’s poetry while you are bored in your office drinking some beers.

I can feel exactly like Henry Chinaski.

This man is drunk, or working to get the money to buy alcohol. Sometimes, both of them.

A prolific author, Bukowski wrote thousands of poems, hundreds of short stories, and six novels, eventually having 110 books in print.

Here are some of my favorite Bukowski quotes:

Drunk-in-the-office philosophy

At least, getting drunk is working for me.

As I told you in one of my last posts, I decided to bring some beers to my office to fight my boredness. Do you want to know what happened? It was something like this…

There’s no doubt, if happiness doesn’t come from alcohol, it’s just fiction.
