Hi John. I heard you like star wars, so, i think you’ll gona love this.

“The next chapter in the Star Wars saga, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed tells the story of Darth Vader’s Secret Apprentice, a mysterious figure who has been trained by the menacing Sith Lord to hunt down the last of the Jedi.

Set in the dark times between Episodes III and IV, the story is both a continuation of the prequel trilogy-exploring the aftermath of Order 66 and focusing on the continued evolution of Darth Vader- and a direct bridge to the Classic trilogy. The Force Unleashed will forever change the Star Wars galaxy and lead directly to events in Star Wars: A New Hope.

Developed under the direction of George Lucas, the storyline for The Force Unleashed remains a closely-guarded secret. However, it has been revealed that the Secret Apprentice’s journey takes him across the galaxy– from the Wookie home world of Kashyyyk to the junkyard planet Raxus Prime and the mushroom-covered Felucia.

He will be aided in his dangerous missions by loyal sidekick PROXY-a prototype holodroid with amazing abilities-and a beautiful Imperial pilot named Juno Eclipse.

The apprentice will clash with powerful Force Wielders, including the spirited Zabrak warrior Maris Brood, and General Rahm Kota, a hard-boiled Jedi Soldier who senses that the Apprentice is destined to become something far greater than just Darth Vader’s servant” (taken from the game official site).

It seems it’s going to be a great game.

How you doin’, well this time I’m writting this post for my friend John, he is a big Star Wars fan you know, I remember telling him a couple of weeks ago that I swear I’ve seen a remote controled action figure size R2-D2. He told me I was making that up, as something so cool couldn’t be out of any respectable Star Wars fan collection. So what do you know? I was surfing the internet and found the rempte controlled R2-D2 I told him about. And I also found out that there are two versions of it! The “Normal” one and the “Battle Damaged” one. To make it uber Cool it also comes with a Lightsaber remote!!!

I was surfing the web when I found this shocking image. I admire this girl’s courage and determination into getting into that tight black latex suit. She does look amazing (alltough she also looks like she urgently needs to use the bathroom) Anyway this image made me remember how a big Star Wars fan I am. Here is one of my favorite collectible thing I’ve bought over time.

I know someone in the office that’s going to have a geek-gasm when he sees these Darth Vader and R2D2 USB hubs. I just saw these at engadget and had to include them on my post. If I had the mpney I’d buy them both…

Feng-Shui at the office!

Passing time on the internet and with the credit card loaded and ready to use it, I’m ’bout to re-deco my desktop. And look wath I Have found . . .

My Feng-Shui guru told me to place a green plant in a pot, near to the north corner of my office, and I found this original 1up Mushrooms, is the perfect plant for me, doesn’t need water or care, maybe just a wet sponge for clening dust. By adding your own soil, you create the illusion that it has grown from the pot (the Grow Your Own 1Up Mushroom is really a vinyl collectable that does not actually grow). So green corner, huh?

Next step: an image of power behind you. Fu-Tong told me to hang in my wall a frame with a powerfull image, like a mountain or so, in order to atrack cosmo’s energy to your self. But, a mountain? what am I? a boy scout? Let’s hang -or stick- a real image of power that really freaks everyone: Darth Vader. Nothing intimidates like a 7 foot tall Sith Lord in black armor! If your sissy mind-weak co-workers are not impressed, try a tiny green creature with big ears and a bigger schwartz will instill fear in the hardest of enemies. But if you really want your pals to kiss the walls, a vicious Mandalorian bounty-hunter can frighten most. I pick Vader. And, should I mention that Darks side of the force is kinda cosmo’s energy? Have it all with this lifesize Star Wars Wall Clings.

And one more Feng-Shui stuff: Atrack money with oriental phillosophy by having near to you a magnet -or a lot! Theory says that a small piece of magnet will atrack to you affluence; so then, the Strongest Permanent Magnets Ever Manufactured shoul do a better job, dontcha think? These Curiously Strong magnets have amazing strength in a very small size. Five to fifteen times the strength of common fridge magnets, these magnets can lift 400 times their own weight in steel. Their power will astonish you.

Maybe this is just crap, maybe is not Feng-Shui, but come on! If you´re waiting for solve your problems with nothing more than phillosophy, at least you should have some fun!

Revenge of the Bored IT. Lightsabers cut trough anything!

It all started inocently enough here at TheBoredIT, when an unforseen accident placed a little, inocuos marshmallow in somebody’s 3G iPhone. I swear it was unavoidable (if you had heard Larry braggin all day long about it, you would understand me).

Anyway, after the fortituos accident, the conflict escalated when a dart knocked down my USB Doomsday Device Hub! The Fiend!

Time to get serious. They say you shouldn’t take a knife to a gun fight. I guess they never thought of a Lightsabers!
